3D Laser Scanning is a non-contact measurement process that digitally captures the shape of physical objects using a line of laser light. The process can collect up to 750,000 points per second and very precise (to ±.0005″). It provides a surface model of the components that can be easily reverse-engineered. It can also be mounted on the CMM device for high positional accuracy.

Non-Contact Surface Roughness Tester is used to ensure the optimal surface roughness and surface finish of the machined components.
